- No exchange for undergarment and accessories for a hygienic reason.
- No exchange for damage or defect items that are caused by improper care or misuse by the customer.
- Showing the “Electronic Invoice” and “Order Number” is mandatory to be eligible for items exchange.
- Damage which is not caused by the customer will be verified by our product specialist Within 7 calendar days.
- No Cash Refund! but only as a “FARES Credit Note” that will be issued with a 6 Months Validity from the date of issuance, and it can be redeemed at any branch in UAE, or can exchange it with other items at the same value and above.
- No second-time exchange or exchange for items purchased during promotional and sales periods.
- After placing and confirming an order “No cancellation” can be made. Therefore, customers are kindly requested to carefully review their orders and all selected items in detail before confirmation.
- The payment method is accepted as a credit or debit card payment only.
