Exchange Policy
- Products exchange can be made within 14 working days from the purchase date.
- The customer needs to visit the nearest FARES Shop and present the products along with the system electronic invoice and order number.
- If a customer wanted to exchange the item and have it sent to him by the carrier service, then extra charges will be applied based on location.
- The returned items must be unused, resalable, and in their original condition with all packing materials.
- Damage or defect that are “Not Caused by the Customer”, it’ll be verified and checked by our “Product Specialist” within 7 working days.
