Shipping Information

• For free Shipping, within UAE the minimum order is 300 AED.
• For Shipping outside UAE and other GCC, courier charges AED 40 will be added.
• For Item exchange from outside UAE and other GCC countries, the “Carrier Service Fees” for returning and exchanging the items will be charged from the customer.
• The delivery times within UAE is 2 to 3 working days and for other GCC countries will be 7 to 10 working days.
• The delivery timing will be based on the assigned “Carrier Service Provider” and it might require extra times during the COVID-19 pandemic or other uncontrolled reasons.
